Saving for retirement can be done from your smartphone - and it doesn't have to be complicated.
The 'Retire Ready' 3 session intensive (60 minutes each session) is for the person who knows they don't want to work past retirement age, and who is ready to take the action required to retire on time.
Session 1: Getting Started
Together, we'll look at your retirement goals from a birds eye view. Are you saving inside of a 401k/TSP/ETC? Is it time to increase your contributions? You will also open your individual retirement account (IRA), connect your bank account, and initiate your very first cash transfer.
Session 2: Reaching Your Retirement Goals
You will run through a retirement calculator to understand how much to invest every month to retire on time. You will learn investment basics, and decide which investment strategy you want to start with inside of your 'IRA'.
Session 3: Become An Investor
Now that your money has landed safely in your 'IRA', you are clicking the buttons to buy your first investment. An employer sponsored retirement account, in tandem with your 'IRA', will get you to a retirement worth living. You'll leave this session with clear next steps and a retirement plan in motion.
